Video presentation
Entrants whose projects are shortlisted shall be required to submit a supplementary video presentation in MP4 format, with a maximum duration of two (2) minutes and a file size not exceeding 1 GB. Specific instructions will be provided upon shortlisting.

Edge Report for only “Category A:The DELTA Sustainability and Resilience Award” category
The shortlisted projects in ‘Category A:The DELTA Sustainability and Resilience Award’ category will be provided expert assistance from IFC, the strategic partner of DELTA Award for Architecture, to evaluate their projects through EDGE app. IFC will provide personalized demonstration session on EDGE app to the architects of the shortlisted projects of Category A and they must submit a short EDGE report evaluating their projects along with the other requirements of second round jury.

Professional CV
A brief curriculum vitae demonstrating professional (including previous design competition wins or architectural awards), academic (research and teaching experience) and social contributions and achievements.

Project panels
For ‘The DELTA Architect of the Year Award’ category, applicants may submit up to five (5) A1-sized panels, with one project presented on each panel, allowing a maximum of five (5) projects in total (both built or unbuilt) except the project submitted for Delta Award for Architecture. For ‘The DELTA Emerging Architect of the Year Award’ category, applicants may submit up to three (3) A1-sized panels, with one project presented on each panel, allowing a maximum of three (3) projects in total (both built or unbuilt) except the project submitted for Delta Award for Architecture.

Resolution and file size
All digital content shall be at a resolution of 300 DPI. Submissions should comprise a single combined PDF file not exceeding 100 MB.

Site visit
The jury board may, at its discretion, also appoint independent reviewers to visit the selected shortlisted project sites.

Anonymity of Submission
Names of the participants or their practices must not appear anywhere in the video presentation or any report (report is only applicable for Category A: The DELTA Sustainability and Resilience Award).
